Tyler was born and grew up in Lock Haven, PA. He is a graduate of the California University of Pennsylvania Professional Golf Management program. During his time at Cal, Tyler played three years of college golf and was a captain on the team for two seasons. He worked as an intern at Longue Vue Club in Pittsburgh for two seasons prior to coming to Abenaqui. Tyler is an avid Pittsburgh sports fan and enjoys playing sports in his free time. He also likes to spend time in the gym and in the kitchen cooking.
